The Devil’s Den is said to be about 120 feet in diameter and the temperature is about 72 degrees Fahrenheit all year round. It’s a unique and refreshing experience to swim in a prehistoric spring in Florida.

If you want to do what the locals do. Go and find a place to canoe down the Wekiva river. This is relaxing when you are in good company and can be pretty fun to see the wild life and spot baby alligators.

There are so many Spring that are found in Florida and nothing more refreshing! The waters are so clear and have a blue green tint to them it is beautiful. It also very refreshing when swimming with the nice hot humid weather found in Florida. Here is a link to one I hope to go to in the future and float down in a tube.
My one tip when you go to a springs is to arrive early because they get really packed quickly and close not allowing anyone else to enter.
Manatees are known to head to Florida and take advantage of the warmer springs during the winter. These animals are such a treat to see and Blue Springs State Park is a great place to see them. There are trails so you don’t need to get in the water and also they have some experiences where you can get close and encounter with these beautiful animals.
In this Old Spanish Mill you can sit and relax with friends and family while making delicious pancakes on a griddle right in front of you. You also have the opportunity to add some extra ingredients like chocolate chips or some berries if you so please. This place is located in De Leon Springs State Park.
