8-10 lbs Pork butt (pork bnls butt)
2 tbsp Coarse salt or more for if you prefer
1/2 c Liquid smoke
Water
1. Place the pork butt fat down in the crockpot.
2. Rub the top of the pork butt with salt .
3. Pour liquid smoke over the pork butt.
4. Fill the crockpot with water to cover the meat.
5. Cover and turn the crockpot on high until meat starts to fall apart. About 4-5 hours or overnight.
